Scrap yard magnet gantry crane is a type of gantry crane used in scrap yards and recycling centers for moving and sorting metal scrap. It's often equipped with a large electromagnet, which is used to pick up and move ferrous materials.
Normally the scrap yard magnet gantry crane working duty is A5~A7.
Due to different working efficiency requirements, we will make different proposal for customer.
Sinokocrane is focusing on steel scrap magnetic crane, magnet charging crane, scrapyard electromagnet crane for many years. We have been doing professional design of magnet crane due to the harsh work condition, High temperature Environments, High Dust, Heavy work requirements etc.
1. Special magnetic circuit design .It has large space and magnetism density.
2. Good insulation structure. The insulation treatments adopt the vacuum drying & glue filling, which has improved the electrical and mechanical performance of the coils.
3. The constant control voltage. It can further improve the lifting capacity if changing to adopt the control mode of over excitation.
4. High temperature type can work in the high temperature. It adopts unique method of heat protection.

8. Back battery to avoid risk when the power is suddenly off.
