Scrap Yard Grab Gantry Cranes

Scrap yard grab gantry cranes are equipped with a hydraulic grab or magnets to loading the scraps into scrap bucket transferring trolley. Then low-voltage transfer trolley will shift the scraps bucket into the melting shop. Finally the melting shop crane is required to pick up a scrap bucket collected with the double laminated hook and charge the scrap into the Electric Arc Furnace directly.

The scrap yard grab gantry cranes shall be heavy duty design and cabin operated though master controllers. The working duty of this crane is Min.A5. Generally, the crane is designed to be A6 or A7 duty group.
