Project Background
A prominent manufacturing and maintenance workshop in Amman, Jordan, faced recurring challenges in handling medium-weight machinery components and fabrication materials. The customer originally had outdated and inflexible facilities, so they wanted to design a flexible handling plan. The customer ultimately decided that they needed a crane that could move freely without being fixed. Sinoko has designed a portable Small gantry crane with a span of 6.25m and a lifting capacity of 5 ton for customers, which can effectively move their 4 ton cargo.

Sinoko customizes this portable 5 ton Small Gantry Crane according to the customer's requirements. This gantry crane combines the robustness of the gantry steel structure with the flexibility of manual pushing.
Enhanced safety: The customer's own load requirement is 4 tons, but Sinoko has designed the actual load weight for the customer to be 5 tons for safety reasons, ensuring the safety and durability of the Small gantry crane.
Optimized Dimensions: A clear span of 6.25 meters perfectly fit the client's work bays, allowing for seamless movement between assembly stations.
Manual Mobility & Low-Headroom Trolley: The crane features a manually pushed design for easy repositioning by a single operator. It is equipped with a low-headroom electric chain hoist, maximizing the available lifting height in the workshop's confined space – a critical advantage for the client's low-ceiling environment.
Rigorous Compliance: The entire system is engineered to meet CE and OSHA standards, guaranteeing the highest levels of operational safety for both the workforce and the materials being handled.
Durable and portable: The small gantry is made of steel structure, and Sinoko uses high-quality steel, which is very sturdy. However, due to its simplicity, it is lightweight and can be disassembled and installed at any time.
Implementation
The process of this project is as follows:
Design phase: Sinoko's engineers checked the customer's workshop pictures and the weight of the goods being transported, and finally finalized a 5-ton design plan.
Manufacturing stage: The machine is manufactured at Sinoko factory in China and undergoes load testing after completion. The entire testing process is conducted face-to-face with the customer via video conferencing.
Delivery stage: We have successfully shipped the machine to Jordan. The customer has received the machine and conducted a trial run, which is very perfect. They have also provided us with photos and videos of the trial run. We are also in close contact with the customer.
